FF-01  Mandatory Training  32 Hours  $155.00 

Instructor: Nick Alford, Lt. 

This class will give the firefighter who does not have an instructor on his/her department the opportunity to obtain the training to complete the Mandatory Training required to be a basic firefighter in the State of Indiana.

The state written test will be given at the end of the course.

Requirements:  Full turn out gear with SCBA.  Practical is off site, plan your own transportation. Essentials 5e textbook (contact the IFIA to order)

Prerequisites:  A fire service person who is eighteen years of age or older whi is engaged in  fire suppression, fire code enforcement fire education or fire investigation.  You must meet the prerequisites to attend this course.  No refunds will be given.  IDHS will no longer hold certificates until you obtain the prerequisite. Note:  Orientation work must be completed between the first and second weekend of the class.
