AM-06 Pumping Apparatus Driver Operator 24 Hours $150.00 Instructor: Adam Vaal, Lt., Jasper Fire Department This course prepares the operator of emergency vehicles to assume the responsibility associated with operating pumping apparatus. The course specifically targets the hazards associated with operating these large, often complex vehicles safely and effectively during daily operations and at emergency incidents. This course will meet and exceed NFPA 1002 Standard for Fire Department Vehicle Driver/Operator Professional Qualifications. The course will also include water flow formulas and calculations. It is suggested to bring a calculator to class. The state written test will be given at the end of the course. Prerequisites: Firefighter I and a valid drivers license. - You must meet the prerequisites to attend this course. No refunds will be given.
