a class may need to be canceled.  Cancellations occur at least one-month prior the course.

There is always a possibility, that due to low enrollment, a class may be canceled. 

Cancellation Notice & Agreement

ü     Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the course date, any cancellations that are made after that time period will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. 

ü     If you received orders after the cancellation time frame, a copy of those orders or certified letter from your superior must be received. 

ü     If any personal affairs occur prohibiting you from attending the registered course a letter from your superior must be received stating so.    

ü     If you fail to complete your scheduled course or if you fail to cancel your enrollment at any time you are responsible for the full payment of your course.

ü     If you register and there is less than 30 days before your class, you will be required to pay the $50.00 processing fee should you cancel at anytime. 

ü     Therefore, before registering, it is suggested that you make sure you will be able to attend.

 By faxing, calling in, mailing or emailing a registration form, you agree to cancellation agreement.

Other Information

• Upon arriving at billeting, there will be a packet waiting for you with class location, directions, Instructors,  etc.

• No uniform is required (casual dress)

• It is recommended but not required that you bring a laptop computer

• Class begins at 0800 hrs and ends at 1600 hrs

• Billeting: Cherokee Lodge, located on Vance AFB  Commercial # 580-213-7358, DSN # 448-7358
